Indoor Visits at Pioneer Pointe Are Permitted.
Planning Your Visit
When you first arrive, you will need to prescreen, take your temperature, wear a well-fitting mask, and sanitize your hands at the lobby entrance. You will also need to sign in on the visitor log, record your name, time of arrival, and your phone number in case we need to reach you later. You will need to visit the pre-screening station and sign in for each day you visit.
Then, you should proceed directly to the tenant’s home and steer clear of other areas. Visits should occur within the tenant’s apartment. Otherwise, please practice physical distancing measures between yourself and other tenants and staff.
Coming and Going
Residents who are fully vaccinated may leave the building for medical and non-medical purposes without quarantining upon their return. Tenants who are new to Pioneer Pointe do not require quarantine. Tenants with a positive COVID test result or a high-risk exposure will still need to quarantine for 14 days.
