For those thinking of becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ), PioneerCare announces a start date of Tuesday, October 2 for its next training class. Students who successfully complete training will be eligible to take the State of Minnesota’s nursing assistant exam on October 30.
PioneerCare pays training expenses and certification exam cost if you successfully complete the program and become a CNA at PioneerCare. If you’re age 16 or older, apply online today.
Applying for the CNA position is the first step. If accepted, you will be asked to complete the background study, interview, and try a shadowing experience to see what it’s like. Then, the PioneerCare human resources team will help you sign up for the course.
Class meets on the M State-Fergus Falls campus:
- October 2-4, 8-10, 18-19, 24: 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- October 25: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Including Clinical Orientation)
- October 27: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
- October 28-29: 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm (Clinical Experience)
- October 30: Nurse Assistant Exam at 9:00 am
