Knowing the importance of the Easter holiday for many families, we plan to safely welcome as many visitors as possible to spend time with their loved ones.
This is the first holiday open to visitors since the start of the pandemic. With that in mind and following CMS guidance, we plan to ensure everyone’s safety by continuing to monitor and manage the number of guests in the building at one time. Additionally, we will monitor adherence to basic infection control principles.
Visit Scheduling
Given the popularity of the Easter holiday, we ask you to call ahead to schedule your visit time. Please call 218-998-1500 between Monday and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to arrange your visit.
- Good Friday – Visit anytime, no advance scheduling needed
- Saturday – Visit anytime, no advance scheduling needed
- Easter Sunday – Schedule visits anytime, except during mealtimes, which are: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm; and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Easter Worship
We’re pleased to offer an Easter Sunday worship service led by Pastor Krehl Stringer at 11:00 am on April 4. The service will be televised on Channel 65.1 directly to resident rooms. Visitors are welcome to view the service with their loved one within the resident room.
In-person worship in PioneerCare’s Celebration Center will be limited to residents only; following current infection control procedures, visitors are not permitted to attend group activities including worship.
Easter Dining
While an Easter meal will be served to residents, current guidance prohibits visitors from dining, and sharing food and drink with a resident – including within their room – at PioneerCare Center.
Additional Precautions and Visit Policies
Current visitation policies and precautions apply to Easter Weekend visits. Adherence to infection control measures have allowed us to open our doors to increased visitation for residents.
Such measures include pre-screening, wearing a mask, proper hand hygiene, observing physical distancing, and limiting numbers of visitors at a given time. Please read and observe these measures and help make sure we can continue offering visitation for all residents.
