At PioneerCare, living spaces are divided into households, more like the family settings residents grew up and raised their families in. This living environment provides a healthier, more comfortable, family-like lifestyle.
If you enjoy connecting with people and seeing first-hand the difference you make each day, a homemaker position within a household at PioneerCare Center may be a great fit for you.
A homemaker prepares and serves meals to a small group of residents, does basic kitchen cleanup, and other tasks that are at the center of a household.
The residential style kitchen is open to dining spaces, like it is in most people’s homes. This setting gives you, as a homemaker, the opportunity to interact with residents and help create a more home-like environment.
Applicants must at least 16 years old and successfully pass a criminal background study. While no certification is needed, some cooking experience is helpful. Full and part time positions are available. Those who feel a homemaker position is right for them may apply online here.
